Registration in PZO website is not required. However, users have to register to receive certain benefits such as posting in the forums, updating their contact information and marketing preferences, and use PZO Mart. The Information We Collect
The information we collect are two types: personal information, forum entries, or articles that are willingly posted by you, and the information we collect as you interact with the site such as statistics, and conversion rates.
When you register in PZO, you provide us with certain personal information such as you name, your email address, your telephone number, your address, your gender, your birth date and any other personal or preference information that you provide to us. Your mailing address and phone will not be published but other information such as your photo avatar, the city you live in, the number of posts you have made in the forums or other statistics from forum and your username will be viewable by other registered users.
When you enter PZO site, we collect your browser type and IP address. This information is gathered for all PZO site visitors. In addition we store certain information from your browser using "cookies." A cookis is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to tinformation about the user. We use session ID cookie to confirm that users are logged in. These cookies are terminated once the user closes the browser. By default, we use a persistent cookie that stores your login ID (but not your password) to make it easier for you to loging when you come back to PZO Site. You can remove or block this cookie using the setting in your browser if you want to disable this convenienve feature.
When use PZO website, you may setup your personal profile in the forum or the community, perform searches and quesries, post content in the forums, comment on photos in the gallery through various channels.
You post user concent at your own risk. We only limit posting of content to the registered users and filter displaying some personal informations to the pblic, however, anybody visiting the website, or any unregistered user, may have access to some or all if this information, but the posting of content is only limited to the registered users in the community. We cannot control the actions of all the users, and please understand that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Therefore we cannot guarantee that the content your will post will not be used by unauthorized people.We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy setting or security measure contained on the Site.
Any improper collection or misuse of information provided on PZO Website is the violation of this Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Payments
When you make payments through PZO for services like purchasing merchandise from PZO Mart, making a donation, or register for a paid event, you agree to these payment terms:
- Making Purchases
- When you conform a transaction on PZO, you agree to be bound by an pay for that transaction;
- Pay attention to the details of the transaction, because your total price may include taxes, fees, and shipping costs, which you are responsible for paying;

- Payment Sources
We want to make payments convenient, so we allow you to make payments using a number of different payment sources, like credit cards and debit cards by PayPal. Please make sure you read PayPal's privacy policy:
- When you provide a payment source to us, you confirm that you are permitted to use that payment source. You also authorize us to collect and store it, along with other related transaction information;
- When you make a payment, you authorize us (and our designated payment processor) to charge the full amount to the payment source you designate for the transaction;

- If you purchase advertising, and your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may take steps to collect past due amounts using other collection mechanisms. You agree to pay all expenses associated with such collection, including reasonable attorneys' fees. Interest will accrue on any past due amounts at the rate of the lesser of 1% per month or the lawful maximum.
- Disputes and Reversals
- If you believe that an unauthorized or otherwise problematic transaction has taken place under your account, you agree to notify us immediately, so that we may take action to prevent financial loss.

Changing or Removing Information
Access and control over most personal information on PZO website is readily available through profile editing tools in the community and forum. PZO users may modify or edit any profile information at any time by logging into their account. Other information such as forum posts and galley comments may be deleted or modifies by the user, however we do not let users to modify images in the gallery.
PZO reserves the right to remove or alter ay information entered by the users to its site with our without reason at any time.
Security
PZO takes appropriate precautions to protects our users' information. Your account information is located on a secured server. When you enter sensative information (such as your credit card number or password), we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). None of the other information posted in the forums or gallery are treated this way, so we ask you to never share any personal information in those areas.
Termination
If you violate the letter or spirit of this Statement, or otherwise create possible legal exposure for us, we can stop providing all or part of services through PZO Site or PZO as the organizaztion to you. We will generally try to notify you, but have no obligation to do so. When the services get terminated, we just disable you account, but all your forum posts, gallery comments and other information you shared on the site remain there.

The DMCA provides a simple procedure for copyright owners to report content that infringes their copyrights. Disputes
- You will resolve any claim, cause of action or dispute ("claim") you have with us arising out of or relating to this Statement or PZO in a state or federal court located in Santa Clara County. The laws of the State of California will govern this Statement, as well as any claim that might arise between you and us, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Santa Clara County, California for the purpose of litigating all such claims.
- If anyone brings a claim against us related to your actions or your content on PZO, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claim.
