- PZO reserves the right to reject any announcement request;
- PZO reserves the right to modify your announcement subject/text to suit professional writing and grammar correctness;
- PZO will not automatically translate your request to Farsi. If you need Farsi translation in your announcement, please provide it in the form;
- All submissions are subject to PZO board members approval before publication;
- Memorial requests will be processed within 24 hours after request submission. All other requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event taking place (if event type request) and will be processed within 72 hours after submission;
- PZO is not responsible for any discrepancies in the announcement, its correctness, or accuracy;
- PZO is not responsible nor liable for any events advertised through this request form;
- You shall not hold PZO or its staff or any of board of directors' members or the board of directors as whole accountable for any damage, unwanted outcome, or failure in procedure of initiating this request all the way to it being published on any of the PZO communication channels such as mailing list, website, events calendar, Facebook Page, and Twitter Updates.
- PZO reserves the right to change the following terms at any time without any notice.
