Question: I don't know if I have an Account, how do I create one?

Answer: Go to https://www.pzo.info/signup enter your email address and click on 'SEND ACCOUNT ACTIVATION INSTRUCTIONS' button. The system will email you a link to activate your account. When clicking on the link in the email, the system will send you to a login page where your email is pre-populated, and you type your new password. If you don't receive an email, it means you already have an active account. So use the 'Forgot password' to reset your password. Furthermore, it is imperative to use the same email you have been receiving your PZO communications since this email is the key to your record of past donations and current membership status. If you use a different email, your new login would not be associated with your previous record! If you want to change your email of record, please send your change request to [email protected].

Question: I am trying to buy a ticket at paid membership price, but I don't see the member's price?

Answer: To buy a ticket at member's price, you first have to be a paid PZO member. Then you need to be logged in. To log in go to https://www.pzo.info/login. Once logged in, go to the ticketing page, you should see an extra price option for members.

Question: How do I check the status of my membership?

Answer: Go to https://www.pzo.info/membership_status to check your membership status. You require to have an active account and logged in!

Question: I want to buy tickets for myself and a few family members and friends, how should I proceed?

Answer: If you don't have a PZO login, create one; refer to the earlier FAQ. Once you log in, as an individual/senior paid member, you can buy up to ten member-priced tickets and as many regular-priced tickets as you require. For example, I want to purchase tickets for myself, my spouse, my mother, and four friends. My spouse, mother, and I are PZO-paid members; however, my friends are not. Here is the recommended way: You could buy three tickets at the paid member price and four tickets at the regular price. Remember to email the names of your spouse and mother as paid members to [email protected] for pre-approval. This action would speed up your check-in at the event. Be prepared to pay the difference for those guests who didn't qualify as paid members at the event door.

Question: On my mobile phone I don't see the top menu bar and can't login, how is it done?

Answer: When arriving at the pzo.info home page to see the menu, click on the menu triple bars icon located at the upper left corner, refer to Figure 1, and the drop-down menu should appear in Figure 2.
