Question: I used to receive PZO emails. What is the issue and how to fix it?

Answer: If you were receiving PZO emails, [email protected], but it stopped, most likely it is because you or your email service provider has marked PZO, [email protected], as a spammer. As a result, PZO emails are ending up in either the spam or promotion/offer folders. To fix this problem, you need to take these actions:

 

1) Mark [email protected] as not spam. Use Google or your favorite search engine to learn how. For example, for Yahoo, use the search phrase: How to unspam an email in Yahoo.

2) Additionally, adding [email protected] to your contact list would train your email provider to deliver PZO emails to your inbox.

3) Opt in to receive PZO emails: Go to https://www.pzo.info/mailing, and provide your name and email in the form. Make sure you check the 'Send me email updates' box.

Question:How to Join PZO as a Paid Member?

Answer: First, check your membership status by logging in; refer to the next question on Account. After logging in, go to https://www.pzo.info/membership_status. To learn more and become a member, refer to https://www.pzo.info/membership.

Question: I don't know if I have an Account, and if not how do I create one?

Answer: Use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. If you receive a reset email, you have an account associated with that email address.

To create an account, go to https://www.pzo.info/signup, enter your email address, and click on the 'SEND ACCOUNT ACTIVATION INSTRUCTIONS' button. The system will email you a link to activate your account. When clicking on the link in the email, the system will send you to a login page where your email is pre-populated, and you type your new password. If you don't receive an email, it means you already have an active account. Use the 'Forgot password' to reset your password. Furthermore, it is imperative to use the same email you have been receiving your PZO communications since this email is the key to your record of past donations and current membership status. If you use a different email, your new login will not be associated with your previous record! If you want to change your email of record, please send your change request to [email protected].

Question: I don't remember my password?

Answer: Go to https://www.pzo.info/login and click on 'Forgot Password' link.

Question: How can I use my Google or Microsoft credential for login?

Answer: 1) Go to https://www.pzo.info/login and select either "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Microsoft". 2) Log in with your chosen provider's credentials and grant permissions when redirected to their authentication page. 3) You will be automatically logged back into your nation after authentication.

Question: How do I update my email, phone, and address?

Answer: After log in, click on 'account settings' and stroll to bottom of the page, 'PRIVATE SETTINGS' and edit your contact information.

Question: How do I check the status of my membership?

Answer: Go to https://www.pzo.info/membership_status to check your membership status. You need to have an active account and be logged in!

Question: On my mobile phone I don't see the top menu bar and can't login, how is it done?

Answer: When arriving at the pzo.info home page to see the menu, click on the menu triple bars icon located at the upper left corner, refer to Figure 1, and the drop-down menu should appear in Figure 2.
